The resort has 180 suites in a four-story building with a ground-floor breezeway. Some guestrooms overlook the central garden courtyard and pool area. All suites feature the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, which consists of a custom-designed box spring and pillow-top mattress, triple sheeting, two non-allergenic and two down pillows, a decorative pillow, and a poly/down comforter. Decor in the suites' two rooms—separated by sliding doors—includes island-style furnishings and colorful drapes.

Smathers Beach, across the street, offers water sports rentals, volleyball, and parasailing (fees apply). An hourly shuttle transports guests to a central downtown location, beginning late morning and leaving until late evening. Return service, at 20 minutes past the hour, operates until late evening. Use of the shuttle is included in the daily resort fee charged by the hotel. Next to the pool, portable CD players are available for guests, who also enjoy complimentary lemonade.
